Walk in quick order, made fresh and delicious tasting pizza and salads. The kids got hot wings this past time and loved the taste, the mozzarella sticks aren’t the best we’ve had, the salads have always been consistently fresh and delicious, the calzone’s are relatively huge and filling and my favorite pizza around is from here. We’ll drive from Greenbrier County here Judy for the pizza on special occasions. There’s a comfortable area in the front for the kids to sit outside and eat, laugh and hang out. The price I’d say is relatively not inexpensive yet the quality and taste is worth the special occasions. Good place and also when traveling for a meeting or through, quick takeout turnaround time. The fans hang above the outdoor seating as well. To date, July 24, 2022, there’s still no indoor seating or customer bathroom use. They went inside to order at the “protected” window dividers, paid and got drinks before heading outside to sit and wait for their dinner. When it was done, they all walked back up to the window, the order was correct, as always, and they came back outside to enjoy their food meal and continue talking Nice area too, very quiet.

Pizza was very good and plenty of toppings. Only boneless wings (chicken nuggets) were available, but they were crispy even though it was a little while before we were able to eat. We also got cheesecake, it was good but would’ve been better had they not put them in the same bag as the wings because it got warm rather quickly, overall a good experience and we would eat there again when we’re in the area.

The buffalo sauce is a tad questionable. Everything else was top notch. The fries weren’t soggy, the sandwiches were great, and customer service was excellent. Is there a 4.5 star option? Is buffalo sauce really that important? Absolutely would go again.

Hello, as a recent employee for this establishment, I liked the food, liked the cooks, but recently I’ve come to hear that the tips get split in halves, so half to the cooks and half to the waiter or whoever is up front, if there are two waiters or waitresses, it gets split in half between them. When I worked there, it was split in 3’s, so whatever happened, I do not know. I will say if you read this, the jar up front is for the cooks, if you want to tip the waiter or waitress that’s up front, please hand them a tip, don’t throw it in the jar unless you’re specifically tipping the cooks. The only reason they got a star was to make a review. I bought a large chef salad it had slimy cucumbers in it. They told me to pick them out. I ordered 2 steak and cheese subs with banana peppers they were so spicy they tasted like jalapenos but looked like bananna peppers. The response was we don’t use jalapenos. But they tasted exactly like them. Ordered 2 large onion rings with sides of ranch, got none. $45 and they did nothing but argue and tell me to pick them out!!! I will never order from there again. Rich Creek has great food and service. They will get my business from here on out!!!

My friend and I recently stayed the weekend at a charming AirBNB in the Union, WV area. Due to a very disappointing experience at the local diner across the street the night before, we were hesitant to try our luck with Queen’s Pizza. However, since we didn’t want to eat sandwiches for dinner two nights in a row, we decided to risk it and ordered a white pizza to go to take back to our AirBnB. We opted to forego the included chicken topping (it’s fried) and ended up with a very tasty pizza. There was a bit too much broccoli included for my taste, but that’s just my personal preference. I regret that we did not get the gentleman’s name who took our order or waited on us when we came to pick up our order, but he is a credit to your establishment Queen’s Pizza! He was friendly, polite, and helpful and seemed to genuinely appreciate our business. Thank you for good food and a positive experience. If we are ever back in the area – we will certainly be repeat customers.
