Just a typical Carl’s Jr., we stopped on the way up to Idaho to have breakfast. Well we got gas. Nothing bad to say about the food. Both our entrées were good. It’s the service that really sucked. Everyone from the person at the register, from the person you can see making the stuff. So so so slow. and seem like they’re in their own world and not really paying attention. Management definitely needs to clean house. We were there July 10, late morning.

Gave me someone else’s order! Always check your food! Then they put the food back on the line to resell it!! Another customer called them out on it while I was leaving and made them throw it away! I’ll never eat here again! My shake was melted. And the shakes at Peach City are cheaper and much better!

Stopped by for some star nuggets and tenders on a road trip. During the order taking we were told that there was no such thing as a 6 piece kids meal, so I asked if we could just order another 4 piece I was met with “I told you no” from the speaker… Ended up ordering another meal for the 2 nuggets. When we got to the window we were ignored. When she finally gave us drinks they had no syrup, I tried to wave her down to see if we could get a different beverage and the two dark haired ladies stood and looked at us blatantly ignoring me. Pulled forward and asked about the drinks she said “how am I supposed to know it’s not the right flavor?” This was said with her eyes rolling almost to the back of her head. I asked if she could check it before bringing them out. She walked away with no reply. When she came back I said thank you for the drinks and she didn’t respond and walked away.

I walked up to the counter to order some lunch and the lady was crouched behind the register… Not sure what she was doing. I stood there for a few minutes for her to finish up whatever she was doing and she looked up at me and said “I’ll be with you in a moment.”

Must be the worst Carl’s Jr in the world. I have been here many times thinking it must have just been a bad day for the workers. It’s the same every time. They act like they hate their job and they don’t care. They seem to have no understanding of customer service.

Burger was ok. I got some burnt onion rings. The young lady made sure to come for the burnt ones to throw them away. Then about 2 min later got a second batch of burnt onion rings. Looking back, I think they just put them back in the oil because you couldn’t even bite into them.
