New owners! Beware it is not the old Riverbend it once was. Customer service was awful. New owner was the cook & he never even put my pizza in the oven. Then puts a pizza in the oven 10 minutes after my order should have been done and told me only 10 minute wait. 23 minutes later I finally got my cheese pizza with only a sorry. Then to top it off pizza was awful and not like the old owners made it. I will not be returning here ever again.

This restaurant was always a go to when the original owners had it. Now you pay ridiculous prices for low quality food. The food used to be great quality. Everything was hand made. Now you get pizza hut quality there. The new owners exponentially expanded the menu. You know you are getting cheap frozen food when a menu like thiers has 500 items on it. They are sending out fliers like crazy to get business. The old owners didn’t need to do that. They had thier name, and quality food to bring in costumers. I knew when they sold that it was going to turn into a crummy pizza place.

Since the new owners took over the prices went up at least $2-3. Also, the service not as good. I do like the blonde waitress… She is very sweet and friendly. But.. The food quality and prices definitely changed. Not too happy about that.

I decided to buy pizza based on reviews. I have to say never again. I called in for a bacon and hot peppers, and extra cheese. To my surprise jalapeños were the only hot peppers they sold. When I opened the pizza box, there were chopped up jalapeños that tasted pickled as is they were out of a jar. Also, There was only like 4 small slices of bacon. Definitely disappointed. Not a good pie. Oh yeah, did I mention I paid 20 bucks for a small pie?? I guess I won’t be going back. Best of luck.

Food is way over priced. And extremely small. The lady that answered is rude. And I’ll never go back there again. I paid $18.99 for a calzone the size of a hot pocket. Honestly this place sucks!
