They need a bit more effort in making fresher food my chicken sandwich was old& soggy definitely not fresh all dine in tables were not cleaned overall experience was just bad. They definitely need improvement, love their biscuits though.

They close way too early!!!! I’ve worked with KFC for over 2yrs myself as a cook and they’re running out of chicken 2hrs before closing time?!! (I wanted a famous bowl and even cooking some popcorn chicken seemed too big a task, I assume due to lazy management and trying to keep hours down, they have everyone clock out exactly @11pm. (the fryers don’t take more than 10 minutes to clean or heat up. (mashed potato’s are a mix of hot water and powder, (popcorn chicken comes in a bag, which gets dropped in a basket and fried) and corn comes bagged and mixed with hot water…. like seriously, lazy on a whole new level. The kfc I worked for would stay open till 10:50pm, then start cleaning and closing down, we sell what we have remaining for 10mins, wedge fries, left over chicken, mash, biscuits, etc then we’d wash everything. Shame on this place for disgracing the companies name.

What is up with KFC and the closed lobby? This is not the first KFC restaurant I have encountered where you can’t walk in to order food. It’s very frustrating because they want you to order online or download the app. I can’t get to the drive because I drive a semi. KFC mind as well just put up a sign that says “we purposely want to go out of business”

The dinning room was really dirty never looked like the dinning room never cleaned. The Cashier couldn’t get my order right I was telling the cashier the sauce for my nuggets the cashier Christy needs more training or retraining. I ordered the chicken nugget medium combo it comes with fries and a biscuit got the fries not the biscuit, I went to this KFC on 6/22/23 in the middle of the day there was hardly no body eating in the dinning room or even in the drive though and the family that was eating in the dinning room there order wasnt correct my order wasnt correct I had to repeat my order to the cashier that didn’t know how to communicate with me tried to order a famous bowl combo witch is the number 17 then the cashier tried to charge me for a combo number 14 then the cashier was rude by stepping away from the register before my order was complete then I put my method of payment in the machine it wasn’t working so someone needs to be retrained

I came here at 8:38 to order inside, and they already have the lobby doors locked when they are suppose to close at 9. Manager and associates are all sitting on the counters laughing. Not a good look for kfc at all.

This location is super unprofessional anytime I visit I have the worst experience…..never have any problems with any other other locations. It mainly has to do with the repetitive staff being hired, either being rude or closing down early. They never honor the time posted on their door or drive-through, nor do they honor the time shown on their listing here online. Some days they close at eight others they close at nine though it shows 12 am on the door and 11 PM online
