This place is an authentic GEM! Cypress is lucky enough to have such a unique bistro/bakery with great coffee & so much more on the menu. I got my comfort pastelito (guayaba y queso) for my first time with a latte. I can’t wait to move back into the area & try more on the menu. Do not pass on this place. It’s a bright & comfortable space, lovely staff, & top notch food & drink. They have croquetas, mofongo, sandwiches, & imported drinks!!! If you can’t tell I’m really excited to finally have this Cuban spot here

Holy smokes! The cuban sandwich here is outstanding. When I was in Miami I ate at Versailles which I consider the king of Cuban food. This bistro almost made me feel like I was eating the cuban sandwich from Versailles. Havana Bistro has topped my Cuban restaurants here in Houston. I recommend everyone to give it a try. Even all the Karens and Kens in that yuppie area can enjoy this amazing place. Lol yea the location throws me off to be in a Cypress suburb vs inside the loop Houston but its still amazing. GO!

The food is amazing!!!! The cuban sandwich is one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had! You have to try the coffee con Leche. It comes in the cutest little cup it is strong but the flavor is amazing! Service was excellent! Didn’t try the pastries but I bet they are great! Price was decent as well. Definitely going to be a regular!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The food is incredibly fresh, the resteraunt is extra clean, and the food was absolutely amazing! If ur in Cypress and love Cuban food, or just want to try something different, you have to check this place out. The coffee and pastries are fing out of this world. This is my new go to spot for coffee and pastries.

The service was incredible from the jump and the owner was super attentive! I tried a couple of his pastelitos, flan and coffee on the go with my coworkers and it was like taking a bite straight from Miami! The interior is also very chic and the ambience was alegre and smooth, it’s my new favorite neighborhood spot ( I live less than 2 minutes away!), definitely will be coming back again!

I had the chicken sandwich, Colombian beef Empanada and a coffee. All were fantastic. Main dishes were seasoned very well. Coffee was delicious. Service was great.The only thing was the music was to loud to have a conversation with someone at your table. But I will return for the food.
