HORRIBLE!!!! Dont go to this taco bell!!!! i found a HAIR in my quesadilla!!!! YUCK!. I got food from the drive through and found a hair in my quesadilla(see pic) then went inside to let the manager know. She said we are “human” and said sorry. do not go to this disgusting place!

I ordered a taco with onions and after fishing on the sides of the taco there weren’t any. I asked the counter for a few more and instead of just giving me some more onions – she decides to run her fingers through to prove that she put onions in. There were about 3 small pieces in there. wouldve been faster to just give me onions instead of abusing my taco.

The food is usually good and accurate. The staff is busy working, However the systems in place suck at turning out orders with any speed. 6 drive through orders are processed before a single one from in the store. Ordered online 45 mins ago for a simple order and still waiting in the store right now.

They have about 8-10 employees working but “Fast Food” takes 20-40 mins, always. Wages/Costs are double what they were a decade ago and the wait time is 4x-5x as long.
