After arriving home from the drive-thru earlier today, I realized the five piece order was filled as a three piece. I made a phone call to the manager and she told me to return to the restaurant. We decided to dine in tonight. Cashier did not greet us just took our order. I ordered the surf and turf as it looked delicious. My wife ordered the 5PC tenders. We’re didn’t mind waiting to get hot and fresh food. However it was very cold in the seating area. I mean like uncomfortably cold. I never complain about being cold but this was a little much. My wife was freezing. She brought our food. Didn’t say anything but “here’s you order.” We’re got our food. Hers was nice. The shrimp looked nothing like the advertisement. The chicken… well they were the two tiniest pieces. Nothing like my wife got. They were almost all breading and no chicken. I was finished before she ate two tenders. She couldn’t eat all her food because it was literally cold after being in the frozen tundra of a dining area. I’ve attached pictures with a sauce so you can determine size along with an ad showing what you think you’re getting. No choice on sauces either, just smoky tarter.

Google said that they didn’t close until 10pm so I put my order in on my mobile app. So when I got there they were mopping the floor getting ready to close but when the girl told her manager about my order she told me to pull up. 10 minutes later she brought me my food out which by the way was very good and so was the price.

Went there about 5 mins to close (would not have gone if there wasn’t people in line) someone cut in front of us, yes irritating but whatever anyway we get to the speaker 1 min before closing and they said sorry we are closed but served the other cars in front of us and nobody was behind us.
