They are always out of everything. The restaurant is always trashed. If you’re a reasonably attracted woman, the female workers will find some way to get nasty with you before you leave. It’s happened to me 4 times. They stopped the whole line for this worker to make her own food, leaning over all the food with no apron. Nasty. I will find a different Chipotle to patronize.

DIRTY! I feel grossed out even eating the food I just paid for. The restaurant was not clean at all. Not the dining room, drink station, or even the kitchen. Tubs and bowls strewn about carelesslyFloors were filthy. Meat left on the grill with no one in site to maintain it… Which explains why half of my chicken was burnt. No Green Salsa. No Fajita Veggies. There were only 2 girls working and they would complete 4-5 orders before cashing anyone out. They just seemed super overwhelmed. Not enough people hired for this location.

This is the absolute worse chipotle that I have ever been too. The don’t even deserve 1 star. My burrito not only looked terrible, but is cold as ice. The girl that served me told me she was pretty much out of everything, then when I said I’ll take what you got, she smacked her lips. I will never come here again, and I advise you don’t either.

The last few times we’ve been there, the wait was SUPER long & they were out of stock on items frustrating many. The staff just doesn’t move. Today, we walked in & they said they were closed only for online orders at 4:30 pm due to low staff. There were 5 people standing around not working with no one picking up & no cars in the lot. It was super weird. McDonalds a few doors down = was packed. The business strategy & management will have to improve for me to return.

I went in to pick up my order when the app said it was ready, and was told I have to go through the drive thru to get it. I said “I’m right here you can’t hand it to me?” and was told no. So I had to wait in the long drive thru line for an order that was already ready for/indoor pickup/ and I’m not happy about it. This was the stupidest thing ever. Every bowl I ordered was missing an ingredient and the food was cold. Online support was a joke too.

Worst Chipotle in the city. This place is always dirty, always has team members talking about each other, always missing food or having issues. Today I came and their doors were closed and locked with no sign on the door. As I sit here and wrote this review countless customers are pulling on the door, feeling dumb with not explanation as to why they are closed. A poor man was met by an angry rude associate having an attitude that he has a nerve to be disappointed that he drove all this way to be greeted with a locked door. This is my last time visiting this nasty, trifling, Chipotle. I never have a good experience.

On 3/21/23 I ordered a salad through the app. I picked it up at the window and got to work with it to realize there was no lettuce or veggies. I called back to the store and spoke with a manager who at first refused to give me her name saying she didn’t have to, but later mumbled that her name is Beth. She said they were out of lettuce. I asked how do you make a salad missing the main ingredient? She said they have no control over items not being available. I commented that they do have control over not handing out orders and failing to disclose that items are missing from it. I was given a bowl that contained only chicken, cheese, and tomatoes. This unfortunately is a history with this location. The staff here are terrible and unprofessional. I have contacted corporate for my refund and in the future will just have to venture out to another location because I am done dealing with this one.
