Took over 8 minutes to take my order with no other cars in line, I ordered the 6 pc buffalo boneless wings and a sm sprite they make me pull to the right and said they were waiting on my wings ! I get the food get back to my job and well the food is not hot the fries were old and how did the give me a jalapeño popper tossed in buffalo sauce? Lol this was the worst experience I ever had at this particular establishment! I usually always go there on lunch seen as I work for the courthouse it ain’t far from my job but I WONT be going back ! Get it together hahaha seriously..

Way understaffed, employees didn’t seem to know what was going on. I had issues with them overcharging me. The manager, was polite and made the situation right. 1st time I’ve been to any Arby’s in 10 years. I won’t be going back. Stick to roast beef, stay away from fish Mr Arby

I got a $60 DoorDash order from there and when I received my order I was missing 2 large mozzarella cheese sticks. I called and spoke to the manager on duty who’s name was Erika and she apologized and told me she didn’t see the cheese sticks on the order and she would leave a message for the rest of the managers that I am owed 2 large cheese sticks and to come through and get them when I can. The next day I go there for them to make good and the manager on duty refuses. She said she is aware of the situation but her giving me the cheese sticks I have already paid for would “throw her count off”. I even called her when I left because I am trying to understand if I have paid for something and you guys know you messed up why will you not make good on it. I am trying to figure out how hard it is to turn around and tell your grill guy to drop 12 cheese sticks and then go into the office and leave a message that the cheese stick lady was taken care of. I spent a long time in the business you guys…I am just sitting here flabbergasted that Arby’s just robbed me for some cheese sticks…CRAZY!

Overpriced nasty chicken sandwich! I was served a disgusting chicken sandwich that was almost $14.00 . Gave it back after just seeing it, old refried flat disgusting piece of shoe is what it looked like. Went to KFC and paid $ 8.50 for a WAY BETTER sandwich for $5 less. Sorry have to say the truth.
