Burnt pizza, no customer service, use another company for pizza. When you call to complain about your crispy burnt pizza, you are actually forwarded to a call center, not the restaurant. That pretty much sums up this location. Oh, and our bread sticks were basically a big giant brick! See for yourself in the pictures!

We felt very unwelcome to eat in. We had to be our on waiter and go to the counter to get our food and drink. The pizza wasn’t cut all the way through and had to ask for a pizza cutter to do it ourselves as well. I Don’t know if that’s how it is normally but I will never visit here again. It’s a great unwelcome feeling eating inside. If you order to go it is probably much better just remember you may have to cut your own pizza.

Went into pick up my two pizzas I had already ordered and paid for on the app. There were four different employees behind the counter just chatting and gossiping, one told me they would be a minute. After ten minutes another employee joined the four finally I told them I need to pick my pizzas up now. They could barely use the register. Unprofessional and nasty.

I was very disappointed. I ordered light sauce and extra cheese got barely any cheese and weigh too much sauce on both pizzas. My wings were little tiny nuggets that had been overcooked and couldn’t be bitten in too. And then to top it all off. They overcooked my family pasta and half of it was burnt to the sides and botthe that was totally a waste of sixty dollars

Hadn’t had a Pizza Hut pizza for years and wanted to try again, saw this was “dine-in” so gave it a try. It’s dine-in as far as you can sit at a table but that’s it. You order at counter, they call your number and give you pizza in box and breadsticks in a bag. You can get paper plates if you ask. Grated cheese to sprinkle on pizza costs extra I was told. As for our pepperoni pizza – it was ok. Needed more sauce. The breadsticks were kind of dry. Disappointed. Will stick to Aromas.
