Fries were obviously reheated countless times, to the point there was no potato left inside. There was so much salt on them. Drive-thru employee was very rude. She actually didn’t speak one word to me. She handed me my food and drink without one single word. As I got home to eat my lunch, I realized that my fries that were ordered weren’t in my bag. Everything is overpriced to begin with then they forget something? Unacceptable in my opinion. I don’t usually complain but this is the 4th or 5th time this has happened recently and I’m getting tired of it.

Ordered two Big Macs, read my order to me. Told them it was wrong. Said they would fix it. Get the new order just to get home and one of the Big Macs had an old order sticker on it and I was missing the top and bottom buns! It was two pieces of meat with the center bun. Called the store to just politely mention what happened. Girl who answered the phone said she was the one who asked for my sandwich to be fixed originally and there isn’t a problem. I restated again that I have an older sandwich with no buns. She angrily and annoyed said either come back with it or nothing I can do. I said the way you’re talking seems like you don’t care that someone got an incomplete sandwich then she hung up. Never buying from that McDonald’s ever again. Unbelievably rude and poor attitude.
