We just moved to New Hartford. We had been moving for 12 hours and all of us were starving. Didn’t want to get pizza again so we made the call and headed towards Chatterley’s. It was amazing . From when we entered to the end as we said goodbye. The service was outstanding and so was the food. We ordered the cheese board which was absolutely delicious, shrimp cocktail and the traditional calamari with marinara. We then ordered our main courses: Fra Diavilo, Duck, Caesar salad with salmon and the Bolognese. We were blown away with the taste of our meals. The chef did an incredible job. Angela our hostess, waitress and bartender 😉 (it was towards closing time) did an incredible job if welcoming us and providing top notch service. We all left incredibly satisfied and happy! Thank you so much for a great time! A memory we will always remember! We will be back!

This easily could’ve have been a five star review. The food was great. The wait staff did a fantastic job. Unfortunately, they had two waitresses on and live music. To add to the problem, they don’t appear to employ anyone to bus tables. We patiently waited 90 minutes for our food, which again, was excellent. Employees cost money, but lost customers cost plenty more in the long run.

Have gone many times and it’s always been ok. Tonight the service was very bad due to an extremely slow kitchen. Hamburger was Costco frozen version, a perfect, mediocre circle. Calamari were a pile of bland, perfectly round rings, no depth. Dish Came out and I was told marinara sauce was forthcoming. Why not bring it together? No idea. Blue cheese dressing was bottled, and I mean “Wishbone” brand. The “apple crisp was bitter, an end piece, left most of it. Chocolate lava cake was great.

Can only speak to the bar area, but the food was priced right and the craft beer selection was solid. (I believe about 6-8 beers on tap) service was great, she was attentive and quick on the refills for the beer. Will definitely go back again.
