There was barely any pizza sauce on my pizza, I asked for well-done it wasn’t cooked nowhere near well -done. The manager Nancy scolded me like I did something wrong and said I should have looked at the pizza before I left. Marco’s is going down. The pizza is not good anymore. They sauce is different or the lack of sauce should I say.

I ordered delivery 2 Wednesdays in a row and both times they delivered pizzas that were not what I ordered. I had fro them to remake them and deliver them the first time 2 hours from the time I ordered until I actually got the pizza I ordered. This time I asked if they would make the correct pizza and I would bring the wrong pizza back when I picked up the correct ones. They said they would not make them until I arrive. So waiting another 15 minutes. I took the pizza back and told the I was done with Marco’s. They did refund my money but that was it. Other than words, no trying to keep me as a customer. I am deleting there app and will not return to a place that customers are not the priority.
