A little hidden gem, I came here a few years back for lunch when I was in the city. I’m glad it’s still in business. I got the Monte Christo sandwich. With a side of mixed vegetables. I again joined the clean plate club. Plus they have a patio and are very friendly!

What a nice hidden cafe! Excellent food, atmosphere and service! Perfect place for breakfast and lunch. Limited seating. Would be nice if holiday hours were updated or there website. Closed entire week of July 4.

It’s a cute little cafe inside the city building. The food was good, and our waitress was polite, but they took a little while longer to get our food than we expected. Perhaps we were in too much of a hurry.

The cafe is inside the City Hall, underground. The interior of this cafe is more upscale restaurant than a cafe, with arts, high multiple arc ceiling and classy bar counter. The server is friendly and attentive. The steak was a bit over done, meat already cut when served, savoury, taste evenly spread. Yet it was $14. The place was not crowded. Highly recommended.

Very good Monte Cristo & Caprice on toast. Also the staff is friendly & the service is good. Don’t be throw b/c dining is in a government building – the atmosphere and food is great & there’s outdoor seating when the weather’s good.

Loved the art and atmosphere! Each table is set with beautiful real flowers. The coffee, service and food were all amazing! Neat little hideaway for a cafe.

Great for breakfast, coffee, rotating season menu. Pumpkin pasta for example was amazing. Darling place with an old school type of feel. Hidden gem!

Unexpected little oasis in the big, scary gothic hulk of a City-County Building. Great food and excellent staff.
