No biscuits! The breasts were Not fully cooked. Soggy crust. Menu prices were different from what I paid (before taxes). Then the manager hung up on me! I paid almost $60!!! Will never go back!

First of all, Crystal and Tina gave superior service despite being super busy, slightly short handed, and air conditioning being out in the restaurant. It was sooo hot yesterday. All of my food was fresh and delicious including the apple pie that was dropped to be cooked as soon as I asked for it… I have seen these 2 ladies in the past and I’ve always had a great experience with them. I didn’t get the cooks names in the back, but they did an amazing job yesterday as well, they didn’t crack under pressure, they kept a calm collective attitude and followed their manager’s instructions with putting food down to cook and sending food out. I went to the restaurant around 6pm and it was busy but these guys didnt crack under pressure or waver in their attitudes. They definitely deserve a raise and deserve to be working in a place that has working air conditioning. Will definitely be back to this location. Completely terrible food today. I doordashed from them while I was working and I expected a decent meal because in the past it used to not be so bad but as I was about to eat my chicken today there was hair literally cooked in the breading. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. Totally going down hill recently

We went through the drive-thru and order our food at 8:00pm. We were told to drive to the front of the building after paying and our food would be right out. After a 15 minute wait someone finally come out to the car but with the wrong order. We had to wait another 20 minutes before someone came out again only to inform us that they didn’t have the full order of the side we wanted. And on top of that they got our order wrong again. After waiting another 15 minutes we just decided to go in and make sure they got everything right so we could just leave. Once inside the manager didn’t even know we were outside waiting on our correct order, by this time we just wanted to get our food and leave. Once in the car we noticed that once again they still got our order wrong but by this time we had been there for almost an hour and was just ready to leave. We order our food at 8:00pm and did not leave until 8:45pm. I can say that we will never be going to the Church’s on N Santa Fe Ave in Moore ever again and possibly any other Church’s because of this experience.

Ordered 2 large mash potatoes and you could clearly see that they was not fully cooked they looked like they had some kind of powder in them. Clearly disappointed we had to wait more than 15 minutes for our chicken and mash potatoes and was not even fully cooked. And they staff was just standing around not doing anything but talking and were rude when getting our order. Should be rated zero stars but have to put one at least.

I’m upset and disappointed, I love Churches chicken and haven’t had it in a while, so I order tenders, mac and cheese and corn for my daughter and I. When we got it, the tenders were old, tough and they were spicy so my daughter couldn’t eat them. The mac and cheese looked horrible. The only good thing about the order was the corn.

My first time ever eating at a Church’s, by far the worst food I have ever had. The service was great, very friendly and personable. The food… If I could give a negative star, I would! Dried out chicken strips, the biscuit looked nasty and was hard as a rock. A #3 meal cost $8:13 with tax. I feel robbed, and I don’t have time on my break to go back and return it.
