I order light roast..batista said it was Columbia..it was no Columbia ( I’ve have tried every roast caribou makes) it was the absolute worst coffee I have ever had! It tasted like folgers or some cheap coffee..horrible dumped it out waste of money

I just love Caribou Coffee and I especially love their Cabin drive thru concept. Great “cabin”! Awesome and off the charts customer service. So friendly and strike up brief friendly conversation while waiting for coffee. Didn’t have to wait long at all. Drive thru is quick. I tried the white chocolate pumpkin mocha, hot. I love caribou coffee but this flavor was a bit too sweet for me. I will stick with my usual order, turtle mocha. Loved my experience and will drive thru again soon!

shouldn’t’ve let brooke go, she carried the cabin and service is much slower without her. also i have always ordered my drinks with no whip and today was my first time going since they hired a new manager and not only did they give me whip, the time clock was 8:something and it’s supposed to to be below 2:30.

Always really good coffee. Tried their Malted Mocha and would have been better, but the batista added whipped cream after I had instructed to skip it. My wife really enjoyed her Mocha. Couldn’t get any better.

This was my first time here. I normally go to a different Caribou to get coffee, but I decided to try your new location. Everyone there is super friendly and very polite. Great customer service!!!! Everyone is doing a great job!!!! It was also nice seeing everyone working together as a team making sure everyone’s order is right and getting through the window on a proper time.
