Pretty dissapointed. I have never been a big fan of Pizza Hut, but we moved from Valpo to Cedar Lake and there’s no Domino’s around here, so we had to make the switch. Fortunately, Pizza Hut has the BEST mozzarella sticks in the game so I usually order those and I’m happy. Last night, my husband and I were feeling lazy so we hopped on the app and I got him his medium Pepperoni lovers (which PH you’re really slacking on the pepperoni ok), bread sticks, and motz sticks. But I was feeling adventurous last night and decided to get a medium bacon, ham, and mushroom Pizza (I just recently learned I like this combo WAY more than just sausage). Pizza order is placed, delivery goes smooth, and the pizza is AMAZING. I’m sitting there eating this pizza thinking “Maybe Pizza Hut isnt all that bad. This is one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time.” I was ready to put Pizza Hut over Domino’s! Until the cramps started…I had to sleep on the couch last night so I didn’t wake my poor husband every time I got out of bed to go to the bathroom. It’s 1:43pm the next day and I’m drinking peppermint tea to help. I’m literally drained. The cramps have not stopped but there’s nothing left to come out. I feel a little hurt. I thought Pizza Hut and I were about to have something, but that’s what I get for turning my back on Domino’s. 3 stars bc that pizza was really good, and the mozzarella sticks are still the best.

I have a 9 year old son so we order from this location often. I’ve never had a negative experience, friendly staff, pizza is always ready on time and the pizza is exactly what’s expected from Pizza Hut. It’s freaking good for chain pizza, the points really add up, we get free pizza and appetizers often!

The food was prepared correctly hot the staff was courteous and pleasant the facility was clean and I was in and out like they said the food be ready in 15 to 20 minutes I arrived 25 minutes and everything was spot on

My friends and I went here after a haunted trail and did not have the best experience. The food was good and employees were super sweet, but they said they ran out of sausage pizza and cookies, were out of parmasean, did not have plates for those who wanted to dine in, and service was a little slow. We asked if we could get brownies, they said we’d get them soon and didn’t take them out of the freezer until twenty minutes later.

Don’t Worry Be Happy
Two days in a row, Uber Eats orders are placed, a driver is assigned, and then the orders are cancelled by Pizza Hut for ‘technical issues’ which I’m assuming means were too busy and don’t want to work. Both days the orders were placed in the middle of the day so it’s not a store closing issue.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any restaurant. The customer service was horrific and it took more than an hour and a half to get. They did not want to discount anything. We will never return.

Pizza was not completely cooked. Center dough/crust was slightly soggy, cheese and toppings on top were under cooked as well. Cedar Lake Indiana location. Everything else in our order was good.

Service was fine, delivery was early. The pizza, however, was way overcooked. Cheese was 100% brown and black. Crust was hard as a rock. Not the norm for this pizza hut location. Never had a bad experience before this.
