I got the shrimp, okra, and corn nuggets with a sweet tea. All of my food was cold and old and based on the color of the shrimp I’d say the oil hasn’t been changed in a while. The tea was completely sour and needed to be tossed hours ago. Dude at window was nice, but the food was so bad I couldn’t even finish it. Will not return and wish I could contact corporate over my waste of money.

The portions have been reduced while the price has been increased. Last year you were getting more in the breakfast burrito, now it’s noticeably smaller. If the burrito had stayed the same size with the price being what it is now I could be ok with that. The food has always tasted great though.

The owners should be ashamed of what this has become, dinner rolls were as flat as pancakes, and you only get one now, barely got any okra(see pics) maybe 8 pieces, steak was also smaller. And the sinnamon rolls were either flat and raw looking or the other tray was burned looking. The place is pretty run down and has a very bad stagnant aroma, the staff were friendly if you could tell who was who, but they had their pants sagging with their underwear hanging out and the clothes barely fit, and not in a uniform. I will definitely not go back!

I waited for over 5 minutes inside for someone to take my order. Mine you I was the only one in there. The cook and another employee were cussing each other out and threatening each other. I was very disappointed in this behavior. I love Grandys and have been going here for years but the service has fell way off over the years.
