Located on west side of Fulton Avenue. 2 narrow driveways with 6 tight parking spaces in the front with more parking spaces available to the side of the building.

We were looking for street style shawarma for take out to satisfy pregnancy craving and ended up dining in and enjoying delicious food with a “home style cooking and portions” feel. The wraps were delicious, different from typical street style but the meat was well seasoned and there was a perfect blend of vegetables and sauces in the wrap. The portions and service are great. Family run establishment.

I came here to have dinner with my Palestinian friends. I ordered a dinner plate that consisted of beef and lamb kabobs and they were very flavorful, juicy, tender, and fresh. The lightly burnt pieces of meat and the taste of the spices they used for the marinade made them taste deliciously good . Nice and very interesting decorations inside the restaurant. I recommend this place to anyone that wants to try middle eastern food, is a good choice.

Occupying the space formerly “Marakesh” is a similar theme but refreshed decor and more tables with chairs. It feels authentic and the food was quite good in generous quantity. The server was very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the experience very much. I do take issue with three add on fees we only discovered later at home, a “Non-Cash Credit Card Fee” of over 3% which I imagine is to offset the Merchant Fee they pay to accept cards. This fee very likely violates their agreement with the processor and definitely violates my trust. Offer a “Cash” discount if you like, but don’t sneak in this fee at the end. There is also a “Warbat” fee that must have been for the glass of warm water and an “Open Item” fee of $3 that I can only assume was for the to-go spice we were offered. These “fees” cost you two stars and discourages future visits.

Very very average food. Disappointed in their maqloobah. The seating area is nice and service is good. Otherwise i wouldn’t even give a 5 star

I recently visited Basha Taste of Jerusalem in Sacramento, CA and I was blown away by the food and service. The falafel wraps were absolutely delicious – filled with flavorful falafel balls, fresh veggies, and a tangy sauce. But the real standout for me were the fries – they were crispy, perfectly seasoned, and so addictive.
