2nd time I’ve been here with a to go order. I’ll never eat here again. Sorry but a 8 piece meal should not take an hour to prepare. It’s not like they are slammed either. What is going on with this place? Management, owners need to improve turnaround times on getting orders out.

This store closed early and should be noted on site. They don’t want to place your order at 11:10 pm and they close at 12am. This location sucks. The night worker tonight is coughing all over the place and the store is dirty.. Why is the store dirty if your only taking online orders. This store should close. And I asked if the manager Gilbert Moise told you to close to the at 11:15pm, she said no to stop taking order at 1130.. Well it’s 1115 ma’am. I can’t wait to call corporate tomorrow.

I was here in line for over 30 mins before anyone came out. So I saw a sign that said “skip the wait and order online’ and get 5 wings free. Well they couldn’t figure how to apply the code it came up invalid each time. So another 30 mins have past and my food was finally ordered. They told me 20 mins but wasn’t ready for another 20, total of 40mins. I will never return to this location. Sorry this is my first negative review in 15 yrs.

I love wing stop. But today was horrible I got home our fries are all like burned. Hard as a rock. Legit threw them in the trash even my 4 year old was complaining. My wings had no sauce. The server was to busy having his friends pull to the back of his store to hook up his friends food and I’m sure forgot about mines. And my food is horrible. Dry wings ever. And over over cook fries.

Save yourself your time!!! They never have your order ready on time. Every time I make an online or phone call pre order they give me an estimate time for pick up but every single time I end up waiting 20 plus minutes. This time I waited 40 minutes more!!! It’s irritating and its only in this location in Pomona. Also triple check your orders because they always mess it up. This was my last trip here I’d rather drive 10 minutes more to the location on Arrow because it’s 10x more worth the better service.

Service is poor. More then 30minute wait for food smh. Was told the cook time was 10 minutes. What a disappointment. Fry’s we’re soggy and salty as heck. All I ate was my wings. Why was the floor so greasy by the bathroom??

If you placed an order online and given a time range (7-13min), expect to wait another 30mins for your order to come through. There have been a few instances where if you are not here, they will not begin your order regardless of online ordering.

The chicken is always so dry and small, the time takes way too long for bad food, this Wingstop is closest to me but after three bad meals, I drive to a further Wingstop to get good and enjoyable food for half the wait time

Went on a wing sale day for the boneless wings which is Monday and Tuesday. Good deal for the wings. I’m not a fan of the dry seasonings. I tried Garlic Parmesan and I don’t recommend it. The fries were alright and I did feel like I got more sauce on my hot wings than usual from this location. The wait for 20 wings and a side of fries was about 25 minutes and there weren’t many people waiting. The staff was nice. Would return on 60¢ wing days.

Not organized. Wrong name on order so food just sat there. They wouldn’t remake order and just offered more fries. They couldn’t take cash…had walk to AM PM break a bill. This used to be a good location…not now. Don’t come here, spend your money somewhere else.
