The KFC store in Ephrata was scheduled to open at 10:30, the doors were still locked at 11 am. I had to knock on the window to get their attention and they finally came and unlock the door. I ordered the 12 pc family meal with no wings and replaced them with extra chicken breasts which I paid extra for, I paid and left. When I got home the chicken was soggy and had very little crust on them and I was shorted 2 chicken breasts!! I called and spoke to the manager Victoria and she said I could come back and get the chicken or get my money back, I told her I do not live close, so she said I could come in tomorrow, so that is what I will do although it is an extra trip for me. I will enclose pictures. ADDENDUM: I went back today and showed Victoria the chicken and what I was missing. Victoria apologized for the food and she went in the back and gave me my full order. sides and all! The chicken looked great and the way Victoria handled the situation was excellent customer service. Did a quick stop here for lunch. There was parking for a truck and trailer that I had which came in perfectly. The lady taking my order was very polite and detailed. Recommended place to stop and get some chicken. They were not busy at 13:00. Fresh chicken tenders.

This must be an actual joke. I ordered an 8 piece nugget and a 12 piece nugget. Hers only had 6 but at least were nuggets. Mine are chewy ripped up chicken tenders????? This is downright disrespectful. Great way to show off your new item.

This place is horrible. They closed the sit in area forcing everyone to go to the drive through. Waiting forever in line just to find out the people working there can’t count. Ordered a 16-piece family meal. They only gave me 8 pieces. Had to drive 20 minutes back, and they only gave me 5 more pieces. Plus the side dishes were not even halfway full. What a rip off for over $50. Stay away from this place!!!

You suck! I love the chicken but they ignore their customers and don’t do their jobs. This is my final straw. I simply went thru the drive thru and had to ask if anyone was there at 6pm. A female finally got on the speaker and said one minute. After waiting 10 minutes and all the cars behind me leaving, we left too. We used to be able to pick up a bucket of chicken with everything and have a great time. You’re overpriced btw. I’d love to make memories with my family having a picnic again with kfc but everyone you hire doesn’t work, they’re rude ans screw up the order all the time. Plus paying $40 for chicken, potatoes and corn??? Crazy. Every KFC we’ve hit in Lancaster County is the same. We hate KFC now.

Generally KFC in PA is absolute trash and this place reinforces that heavily. 2/3 times I went to this location they weren’t even able to use the drive through microphone and you had to order at the window. Food took forever and was obviously old and sitting out before bagged, and many of items were wrong or missing all 3 visits. Go to the manheim pike one for at least decent food. Still a dice roll

Ghetto location, got management wearing long ratchet nails, eating in front of customers at prep table, going from eating, to handling cash with food still in their moth to touching everything with unwashed and ungloved hands. Absolutely disgusting, this location needs shut down! Where is the health department? The health department should be required to review random sets of footage. Just pick 3 random days, take a copy of the footage for review. I guarantee they’ll find A LOT of food handling abuses. I am serve safe certified and I don’t mind working free for a little PSA on which restaurants be doing the food dirty! Gross negligence with food can kill someone! Food Safety is not a joke, it has real consequences when ignored. If you’re elderly or high risk for health issues, eat elsewhere. This particular location has that “I don’t care about none of these customers ” attitude. Who cares if the paying customers get sick, or possibly die! I don’t get paid enough, even though it’s not the customers fault I chose this job, or my employer is a cheap, penny pincher. I will still act like the customers are the blame for all my problems. That is the mindset here and it’s a dangerous one to have when serving the public food. Again I say, food safety is no joke.

My Mother-in-law loves KFC chicken. Two years ago I ordered on line, because they weren’t taking phone orders. I got there at the time provided and was told it wasn’t ready. Half hour later, it still wasn’t ready. I went in to complain, and they told me I wasn’t getting my order. I had already paid for it and they weren’t going to refund either. Because I wouldn’t leave they called the police on me. The officer actually helped me get my chicken and go home with dinner.
