I ordered a supreme pizza from them today 4/27/2023. The order was wrong! It had pineapples on it, and I can’t eat pineapples!!!! I called to speak with a manager about the order, and was hung up on. Called again, I was placed on hold, and then a female staff member picked up. I started explaining what happened, and before I could finish, she hung up on me!!!! The staff is trash, the I couldn’t eat the pizza, so I gave it away. I will never order from them again!!!!

To have more friendlier service workers and have delivery drivers inform customers when they drop off food because when I had service delivered with contactless I just so happened to look out door because I had gotten message they was on the way 30 min had went by no door bell ring are call when I look out door pizzas was on porch filled with ants! Highly disappointed so with that being said I highly doubt I reccomend anyone to use this company services! Thought I would try again and today ordered the big new Yorker and was burnt. Never will I ever go back again

I left before ordering as I thought a “buffet” was more than what was offered. For $16 plus drink I was offered a choice of meat, fried chicken- BBQ- meatloaf- baked chicken… and chose three vegetables. This is a meat and three at an inflated price. No refills on vegetables at this price. The meat portions were regular standard size so I had a hard time with the price which did not include desert for the $16+. Maybe I missed something but for me to stand at the hot bar and place my order and then take it to a table for $16+ expected something more.

This store tried to close over an hour early. Nevermind the fact that when the delivery driver got there they said they already gave our food to someone else and had to re-make it after telling her they were closed at 9:45 but they aren’t supposed to be closed until 11:00…. We eventually got our food but it was delayed and quality was below average….this will be my first and last time ordering here as there is too much other competition in the area for all the issues they appear to be having (see the customers reviews as well)

Fries had too much seasoning which I could not eat. The pizza melt was too hard and you couldn’t even taste the cheese. Was not happy with my order. I did reorder today & I was very satisfied. Thank u Pizza Hut for stepping up 🙂

This place is a travesty. Same experience as all the others. Ordered a pizza at 5:30 it is now 9:00 and still nothing. Called 5 different times. I’ve been put on hold never to hear from anyone, hung up on and told some call center would call me but never did. Finally ordered from another place. I will never order Pizza Hut again.

Terrible…we ordered a pizza on a Thursday night..45 minutes later we received a text Door Dash delivered to the WRONG address. We called Pizza Hut and the remote Call Center who picks up for Pizza Hut continued to hang up on both my husband and myself on 2 different phones. Call Center is rude and is NOT doing Pizza Hut any favors or repeat business. I asked to speak to a manager of the Butler Road location and was hung up on or on hold for over 15 minutes before I hung up…what a disappointment having relocated to this beautiful city with SEVERAL pizza choices.
