Papa johns is our only pizza place in highpoint archdale area. Have tried a few places but none of them come close to their taste and dough. Sometimes the deals are really good. If its not made right they will make it right for you. Not every experience here is the same but most of the times we have had a great pizza.

Actually braindead NPCs. Never before have I seen a place mess up my order beyond normal degree. I always get less sauces despite paying for them, or my order is never cooked well enough or the dough rips apart ands cheese falls off when I pick it up.

Ordered through a delivery service website and the order was prepared, given to the driver, and sent on its way within 15ish minutes! It was almost too fast to believe. They forgot to send the sauces I ordered so I called them and the manager immediately apologized and said they would send the sauce with the next driver, and offered me a free dessert just for my hassle. So nice! It arrived promptly. Everyone was very pleasant. The food was delicious too! Great experience, especially for a small town
