We live near by and there are plenty of options and we usually go to another place. Rosati’s, particularly this one is my go to when I get a hair cut next door or crave a slice. But tonight we bought an 18in and my wife said “THIS is my favorite pizza”.

The food is great but if you order online they charge you a “credit card fee” & “Technology Fee”. There’s an app but the La Grange Park location is not on it, so you must use the website & login & type in your cc# every time, they don’t make it easy to spend money. Big PITA

Just received our order , & it was disgustingly BURNT!! The pizza was hard and tasted charred . I called to let them know about the order & she said we could get a new pizza if we sent the old pizza back, I let her know that we work in a group setting and multiple people had already touched and gotten a few slices , so she ( Shelly, was her name ) just said we can just get 50% off of the next order. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the resolution she came up with . As if it was our fault the pizza was burnt. The ideal resolution would’ve been to bring us a new pizza that was cooked correctly ! But since “we touched it” ( before knowing the bottom was burnt of course ) we couldn’t receive a new pizza. Disappointing ! We will never order from this location again . They need serious customer service training!!

Ordered a deep dish pizza 10/29 at 5:30pm because I’ve always had great service and food from this store in particular I was told it would an hour ten to twenty minutes for delivery which was fine but after 2 hrs. passed I called to check on status and was told it was on the way and would be warm. Well after another 45 mins. I called back and was told it was really on the way now and it wasn’t their fault they didn’t have enough drivers, (I guess it was mine) so I cancelled order. So after another 20 mins. the driver shows up with pizza in hand no pizza bag with food in it and as cold as it was no steam coming from the box of course I did not accept. When I cancelled I was told I would be refunded on 10/30 , that didn’t happen still waiting on it. Would like very much to speak with manager but I won’t hold my breath. Probably won’t be ordering from here anymore.

Super frustrated with the delivery of my recent order!! I ordered delivery for 30 mins prior to a lunch training I was hosting. I arrived 15 mins after the delivery time to be informed the food still had not arrived; upon speaking to someone I was informed the driver only left 15mins ago and should arrive shortly. Another 20mins later, after my training had started the food finally arrived. I completely understand only having 1 delivery driver but informing me the reason you’re was late was bc you made 3 stops on the way to me completely defeated the purpose of ordering a scheduled delivery!! If you are just going to show up whenever you feel like it why am I tipping you?

My 1st experience with Rosati in Lagrange Park was awesome . The cheese & sauce were generous & tasty. The sausage meat was lean and top quality!
