We’re on a road trip heading home and decided to stop in for a burger. The staff didn’t wow me. The burger was heavier on the ketchup and mustard than I’d of liked, but it was still tasty! Fries were kinda meh- ketchup kinda fixed that. The restaurant, even the restrooms were clean.

Normally not a problem but today was totally different. I ordered four burgers with cheese. Not one of them ended up having cheese. I ordered a little bacon cheeseburger with lettuce and no tomato. I received a bacon burger with grilled onions and mushrooms. Wasn’t even close.

Visited store; placed order; quality of service was good. However; one employee came from around the counter and was exposing hahalf of his buttocks area with only his thin underwear’s showing. I found it disgusting and unprofessional. Another customer agreed.

By far, the cleanest 5 guys I’ve ever been to, and it’s not like they were slow, it was slammed, even the katchup dispensaries were spotless, olny issue was they were out of many drinks, but it happens plus it was a Sunday.
