Just witnessed the manager go above and beyond to satisfy an unhappy customer that was truly taking advantage of him. The customer came in with almost completely eaten hamburger, maybe 1/3 left complaining it wasn’t what he ordered. After the manager replaced the burger he also requested fries which had come with his meal. Then also requested another coke. The manager ask if he’d also like a cone too and of course the customer said yes. The manager gave him that too. The entire time the customer was sarcastic. The manager was completely taken advantage of but handled it very well. The customer was a total scammer. I can’t stand people that advantage and rip people and companies off. Kudos to the manager being professional even though he knew he was being taken advantage of.

Everytime I come here, I ALWAYS have to repeat my order because there are teenagers playing in the background and nobody can seem to hear. Either that or they forget something on my order. The only reason that I gave 2 stars is because the food is actually good. The service is just horrible.
