The lady at the counter was super nice. The brisket & coleslaw was good. I should have gotten that instead of the 2 meat combo w/pulled pork. I usually love pulled pork, but this tasted watery. Brisket came w/2 pieces, so not sure how many come in the full order, but I feel like the portions were pretty small. I know everything is more expensive, but dang. It was $25 w/$2 tip at the register after an added fountain drink. Also, isn’t it supposed to come with pickles and onions? I got neither. Skip the Mac & cheese. Bread was soggy (came w/2 pieces, but I had already thrown one piece away in photo). I put the fork in the photo for size reference. I’ll prob go somewhere else for BBQ from now on.

The ice-cream machine is “broken”, but nowhere in sight and the boy working the register had no idea they even had ice-cream so I imagine it’s McDonald’s kind of broken. My brisket was served cold and bland. It’s hotter inside the store than it was in my car. Being the corner building sucks sometimes! My sides were served hot though.

I stop here for my lunch break or after work with my husband and we love coming to this location! Super quick and quality food. Since the beginning of going to this location, Mary has been so kind and helpful from great food order suggestions, to excellent customer service, and she doesn’t need to, but always brings our Togo order to us at the table. I ordered a day ahead of time and the order was nowhere near ready at the time I requested. 11 people were left waiting for dinner while two others sat in the restaurant waiting to take it home. Dickie’s had failed to set aside food for my order and “ran out” of ribs, so the order was delayed because the new batch wasn’t finished cooking. Staff continually said, “10 more Minutes” – for an hour. I finally gave up and asked for chicken to be substituted for ribs. This whole $200+ payment should have been refunded. It was ridiculous and I will never risk ordering from Dickie’s again.

Food was ok Mac n cheese was bland. The brisket and pulled pork are good but is heavily carried by their spice bbq sauce and original. Fries were ok I wishe they could have been more crispy and fresh. Other than that the place is just ok I probably will only come back for the Barbecue sauce ONLY due to it being overpriced.

Not sure if ownership changed or the economy is making them cut corners, but our order (#50344031) was terrible. They used to have good food. Tonight everything was stale dry burned and over salted. Portions have shrunk and quality could be outdone at a fast food chain. Even the crosscut fries they had are now regular cut, plain, bland, soggy and cold. Disappointing
