Excellent service. #1 fries with no #2 in sight. Cooked in peanut oil. Also, they have malt vinegar by ketchup, mix them together with your fries! Order reg size because it will be plenty, a ton in the bag.

This was honestly a disappointment. The person attending us wasn’t looking they are very happy to attend customers. The tables were disgusting. They were never cleaned. They just throw fries in the bag. The fries weren’t even in the cup. And they said that’s how they give extra by throwing it? Very rude honestly. Don’t think I will ever come back.

This was my first time trying out five guys and I must say, they did a pretty good job. It was a takeout order placed online a couple of months ago. The place was big and surprisingly, open to dine in at that time. My order was prepared well ahead of time since I was the only customer there and probably the first one lol.

Old Bridge Five Guys is making rethink of Five Guys being a good burger spot. Second time I’ve been here in 2 weeks and both times disappointed. This last time burger looked like it was cut in half. I ordered a double and only received one. Unless they are now calling a burger half the size of the bun. Employees look miserable and this place is no longer inviting.

This place is my favorite cheeseburger spot, as well as the milkshakes are always a hit! I’ve also tried grilled cheese here several times with grilled onions and mushrooms, as well as getting cheese dogs. Honestly recommend this place jf you’re craving good quality “state fair” food and well made. This location is well kept and the servers are polite and fast paced as possible. Order on the go, if you do wanna skip some of the wait time.

I went in to pick up. While I was there a guy decided to mop in the kitchen where they make the food. Dirty mop water splashed all over burgers on the counters and he just continued like nothing ever happened. Good luck to whoever ate that. I was out of there

So happy to see Five guys back open, love the new renovations and I must say this is probably one of the best five guys I’ve ever been in. The staff here is awesome all the way up to the manager who is super friendly and would kindly give me updates on the stores opening status (sorry for bugging you). The burger was made just the way I wanted it and tasted delicious and those fries are to dry for not to mention the shakes will definitely be getting food from there again. Well done!!!

Terrible experience today. Ordered a hamburger with grilled onions and ketchup. Saw them make it with mushrooms. Told kid who handed it to me that it looked like it had mushrooms on it. He assured me it didn’t. Went to car opened it and sure enough it had mushrooms. I’m allergic to them which I told the kid and he still handed it to me. Also ordered large fry waaaaay skimpy on them. I told that to the guy who remade my burger and he basically ignored me. Pictures attached of burger and fries. No fries we eaten before picture was taken.. bad form five guys!
