Amazingg!! Quality food. Started with the Burrata Bruschetta. Then moved to main courses. Ai Funghi and Flounder Milanese (both in pictures). Ended off with Tiramisu!! Highly recommended. Service is great

I am rarely excited about the prospect of going out for Italian food, but I wanted to support new business in Raritan, so I went for dinner last night, and had a wonderful meal. “Fico” arugula salad was perfect and my “Ai Funghi” was, hands down, the best pasta dish I have ever had at a restaurant. The meat ball appetizer was good but not the best and I think I would try something else next time. The setting is super cute and service staff was prompt and friendly. The restaurant was noisy, but I didn’t find it overwhelming. If you’re very sensitive to sounds levels, you may have a hard time as there’s not a lot of sound dampening. My only mild criticism is the servers were a little less attentive than optimal, it was peak dinner hour, and it seems like they could have used one more person on the floor. I will happily return in the future. I LOVE the small, intentional, curated menu, and I’m looking forward to eating my way through the rest of it. Welcome to Raritan, I am so glad you’re here.

Always heard good things and when my friends and I finally got to try this place it hit the spot right on. Our host was very friendly and accommodating and what steals the show and had us full even before getting to our main pasta entrees were the appetizers (specifically the clam sauce and the burrata). We ended up having to bring take home boxes which upon later reheat of the food were spot on for leftovers. As both a foodie and traveler I’m glad to know as a local to Raritan that we have another great option for dining without having to go too far or across the way to Somerville for a savory Italian meal.

Love the interior decor, atmosphere, and food! Calamari is light, crunchy, and seasoned to perfection. Bruschetta is to die for. The place is nice for a solo dining experience or with family/friends. Hostess/server is friendly and kind. Would absolutely go here again

Simply the best Italian food! The ingredients were fresh, the atmosphere was intimate, and the timing of order to the table was impeccable. The chef really knows what they are doing, and the depth of the flavor for sauces are true labor of love. Highly recommend the clams (broth was mildly spicey and rich), the burata bruchetta (amazing), and pistachio cream canoli.
