So bad. Just got our order. The chicken Ceasar wrap is hot. The lettuce is wilted and soggy due to the wrap being hot and drowning in Ceasar sauce. No forks. French fries are stale. Just not good at all.

My daughter ordered/bought dinner tonight(boneless wings being the highlight for her)When the food arrived,her wings were not boneless.I’d normally just accept the mistake but my kids are weirdos and she wouldn’t have eaten the regular wings.She also paid a good amount because she used DoorDash for some reason ‍♀️I called Matteo’s to explain and they were very sweet and understanding,agreed to send the correct wings over,no questions asked.EVERYTHING was amazing..including those sweet red chili wings I got as a bonus! It was the worst food the worst service the rudest business owner waited over an hour and a half for our food to get to our house it was cold call them instead of be there in 5-10 minutes half hour later call him back and it’s on its way with another half hour and then they said it’s on its way the worst service I ever they do not deserve any I do not recommend this place to anybody
