Great food, great staff, great ambiance. I got the limited time Caesar Wrap unwhiched and it was pretty good. Croutons are the perfect size for eating in a wrap and the meat was more than plentiful. Every member of staff was attentive and courteous. Restaurant was very clean and the lighting and music were super chill and relaxing.

I normally love JJ! But unfortunately when I went there for lunch today and as I was eating my sandwich, I found a small bug inside of it! I brought it to the attention of the workers and they didn’t really believe me and said they don’t believe it came from their line. Did not offer me a refund on the sandwich I had to throw away… Won’t be coming back! Very disappointing!

Just look how clean this place is. This guy… I’m so sorry I didn’t get your name, I am going to assume he is a manager because his level of professionalism was amazing. Every surface looked like he had just cleaned it which I’m sure he doesn’t sit around. He made sure or food was not only jimmy johns fast but accurate. Definitely the guy you imagine when you hear the commercials. A top performer this guy.

The place was rather empty, I expected to asked what I wanted for order but the employee just stood there while I let him know what I wanted. The employee didn’t know how the menu worked nor he suggested any toppings in which I found what I needed to customize in order to get what I wanted. The lady making the bread used her feet to adjust the baking pan into the tray, ridiculous and unsanitary, she didn’t realized she was being watched. Customer service is horrible but, I noticed the person in front and behind me did get a better reception. I do not recommend this place.

Best staff ever! Heath took care of everything I needed and went above and beyond with exceptional customer service. These are my favorite subs and they’re beating my previous favorite Publix!
