I will be contacting a manager. As someone working with food, you should not be on your phone. I saw two things wrong with this; 1.) Phones are dirty and you’re going from your phone to touching the lining of the box where you put the food.. Nasty! 2.) You’re paying more attn to the phone over getting the orders out.. Do better! I’m big on customer service she didn’t speak nor say thank you and that’s not good customer service.

Fries are ordinary crinkle cut fries and good, but the chicken is delicious. Favorite are spicy tenders, which have more spice than Popeyes chicken tenders. Went through the drive thru and used a coupon. I didn’t need to give the code on it, but I did say what was offered on the coupon per the employees’ questions about the coupon. I rarely go to Church’s Chicken, but it is good chicken.

This place is the worst fast food establishment I have ever been to in my 51 years of life, The owner of this establishment should shut it down. Everything is wrong from the employees, price gouging, wait times, mistakes and tasteless chicken. I used to think it was just a bad crew and that over time it would get better, but over the course of 5 years in my experience this place has gotten worse with not one bit of improvement, I grew up in Austin, Tx and the Churches Chicken there were legendary, how dare this location in Round Rock call itself Churches Chicken, it should be shut down or renamed “Tasteless Chicken.

They close hours before they’re supposed to, the power or something is always out every other time you go. They mess up your order almost every time and will not give you everything you paid for. The workers are always on their phones and not using gloves.

They messed up the order. I had a 2 piece with mashed potatoes and cream gravy. There was 3 orders all of them were messed up. No mashed at all no gravy. I was very disappointed.

they have a sign that says drive-through only the drive-through intercom does not even work so you have to be stuck in line for over 40 minutes. Just to tell them at the window. It’s gonna take another 20 minutes to make your food. So I recommend you guys should have an employee stand outside and take orders instead of having. This huge longline that wraps around the property

Please hire more/better people. What’s the issue lately. Is there a chicken shortage (please no! ). Last night you closed 45 minutes early, why? Tonight, the wait is nuts (see photo)!
