Got my food, I didn’t tip since I can’t afford to spend extra money for tipping. The driver then gave a snarky remark before leaving. Sorry, but maybe your employer should pay you more rather than you expecting to be tipped on every single delivery. Next time, keep your snarky remarks to yourself. If you want to talk trash about me with your coworkers then that is fine, but don’t be doing that in my face. Have a nice day Wesley.

I wasn’t going to make a review, but after further thinking, I will! I ordered food about three weekends ago, let me start out by stating you cannot call and contact the store directly, they use a 3rd party to process orders. Called to make an order as I was really busy (usually place order online) and advised rep I wanted boneless chicken – this lady advised me MANY times that they did not have chicken at this location, even though I told her MANY times that they did, as I order from there frequently…should have just hung up then and made the order online. Little did I know, she wanted to push the new, nasty loaded tater tots. With much push from her, I finally caved and said “Okay, I have a family to feed and need more than pizza and just breadsticks, so I suppose I’ll go with those”. Again, cannot contact store to verify or request clarification. Arrived at the store and asked them what the issue regarding their chicken was because the lady was adamant there wasn’t any at this location – the cashier’s response was “Ohhhh you got a bad person. Would you like to add chicken?” Why would I want to wait LONGER for something that should have been added to my order to begin with? I said no, but asked for a discount for their error and miscommunication as I really wanted chicken and NOT loaded tater tots. I was told there was nothing they could do, even though they acknowledged THEIR error. Took the loss and walked out. Icing on the cake – NO ONE in my family liked these dang tater tots – they were undercooked and subpar.

The driver took the pizza to the neighbors house didn’t apologize for his mistake was for sure he was at the right house and was really rude brought the pizza to my house just to take a picture of the pizza then left with the pizza and the team at the store was really unprofessional and rude kept hanging up on my call…

In the past I have got 4 or 5 stars pizza and service. Not tonight..the dough was almost raw..made my stomach sick. I picked up the order myself and was running late, and just expected to have to heat it up when I got home ,not cook it longer. Anyway, I may try again at this store or go somewhere else. It’s going to be awhile before I’m hungry for pizza again though.
