I was unsatisfied with their service orded a chicken teriyaki, noodles and dumplings the bill was for $21. and same cent’s give $40 dollars and the get changed for $22 dollar’s instead of $40 asked for my change and just stared ongoing with the person in the register the F. guy is always in bad mood.

I love Sarku Japan. I was dissatisfied with this one. The white rice was clumpy and tasted burnt. Many of the clumps were visibly burnt. Chicken was good. They still use Styrofoam though… Woof.

I was struggling to stay loyal to Panda Express as they are frequently out of many of their food options and I had to wait around for 15+ mins almost daily. I finally made my way over to Sarku Japan. No line, no waiting for food to be cooked. Less than 30 seconds, I had a mound of chicken. Vegetables and rice in hand. Perfect chicken, tasty veggies and quick service!

I placed an order for a meal and was confused on what exactly came with it. I questioned what my meal came with and before I could even get my order straight and pay they had already made up the meal and made me feel guilty for being confused. Not only could I not hear what they were saying bc they spoke so quietly and I had asked them numerous times to repeat themselves. (there is nothing wrong with my hearing!) then when I found out my meal didn’t come with a certain side bc I couldn’t hear a word they were saying, I asked how much it would be to add it and the guy said $2.49 and the cashier rang it up $3.99. I questioned that as well and was AGAIN ignored! So long story short I’m extremely mad bc I felt ignored, guilted and ripped off! NEVER EATING THERE AGAIN!

This location has drastically gone down in consistency in terms of portion sizes, nevermind the increase in price. I worked at the mall for over 2 years and today the difference was stark. It objectively used to be better.
