Jackson needs to not work the phones. He is absolutely clueless as to the items on the menu, differences in sizes and pizza types, and lied to me to get off the phone when he was flustered. I was told they were “out of dough” and also couldn’t make an 8 corner pizza. I hung up and immediately ordered online and got the exact pizza he said I couldn’t. What a bad experience.

This is hands down the absolute best pizza I’ve ever had. I was across the street getting work done on my truck, decided to look for some food and saw Jets. Never heard of it, was expecting just some mediocre pizza. Boy was I was wrong. I only got the two slice and a drink deal, and now I wish I would have got my own pizza because I would have had no problem eating it all by myself. The crust is exquisite, the perfect crunch and flavor to complement the delicious sauce and perfectly portioned pepperoni and melted cheese. Goodbye Dominos, you have officially been replaced!

Being originally from Detroit, I can attest that Jet’s does a great rendition of Detroit style pizza. This is especially true given that they are a rather large chain at this point. Consistency is great, and matches exactly the product you would get in Detroit. Highly recommend the Detroit style with Turbo Crust. The Greek salad also reminds me of home.

I’ll be honest Jet’s wasn’t our first choice for pizza that evening. But, it was an extremely busy night and the other places were slammed. So, I decided to give it a shot and see how long it would take to get a couple of pizzas. 20 minutes and they were as slammed as all the other places! With that said, the pizza was fantastic! We got the Detroit style crust and loved it! They definitely earned a repeat customer!

My son has autism is working on verbal language. I had him order his pizza, and I was so grateful for the response of the manager. Never tried Detroit style and it was pretty good. Loved the topping options. Wings were tasty but I wished the labeled they boxes so that I could tell which were hot vs mild. Staff was polite and unfortunately, very busy. They forgot I was waiting in the store.
