The food and service was amazing. The portions are very large and decently priced, much cheaper than other places nearby. The staff is extremely friendly. Our waitress was extremely kind, a great manager and mentor to new staff members.

I am probably the only reviewer here who actually has not gotten food from this place. I called and ordered food to pick up. I ordered a cheesesteak, and the gentleman said “Ok.” At other places I am usually asked what I would like on it, or at least what kind of cheese. I asked what my cheese choices were. He said “We use a mix.” Huh? What does that even mean. I have never heard such a thing. But fine. I asked for American cheese and he said “all we have is yellow American.” Weird again, but I said ok, that’s fine, I’d like just cheese on it and fried onions on the side. I prefer fried onions, but my wife does not. Seems pretty simple. He said “No, we can’t do that.” I asked why and he said “we mix the onions in with the steak.” How about you just.. don’t do that? We’re not talking about brain surgery, here (I did not say this, I was very polite on the phone) It took me a couple of seconds to even process. I explained that literally every other place I go to honors this request happily. It gets even more bizarre from there. He actually said this: “how am I supposed to charge you if they are on the side.” WHAT?! Take a second to process that. Use the register, I suppose. Charge me $1 or $1.50 whatever, extra. Absolutely mind- boggling. At this point I was too confused and frustrated to continue with my order and I politely told them I will call someone else. I have had a great experience with the competition down the road but decided maybe I’ll try something new, I decided wrong. (For the record- I have worked in countless restaurants, including pizzerias, and onions on the side is not an uncommon request.) Maybe the food is great, but I will never know- due to this unfathomable lack of customer service.

Manager charged me 20 dollars exra for having a group larger then 10 people dine in. They didn’t serve the pizza… i had to get 5 pies from the counter myself… they were not friendly. He said with the amount of people (14), he needs to make money with cleaning the bathroom and washing the dishes… I’ve never experienced someone charging me extra for dining in.

We have eaten here several times and the food is delicious. Today we had my son’s 2nd Birthday party at Frank’s and cannot say enough good things. Our waitress Mari was so wonderful! The food was delicious as always and the price was perfect. Everything was ready for us when we arrived and we have leftovers for days!!! Thank you again!

Hello – My son booked a birthday party for my Grandson , he turned 2 – it was buffet stile sit down service ,The food consist of Chicken Parmesan , Chicken Alfredo , Bake Ziti , Chicken finger & Fries , garden salad …….I was very impressed in not only the Quality of the food ( Amazing ) but also the serving sizes this was one of the best buffet I have had in some time , The flavor and the spices each dish displayed really blew me away ,Very nice work Frank ,I Commend you on your work ,I personal rate you a 5 Star review ………….Steven Cornella Sr .. from Bridgewater .
