Wow has this location gone DOWN!!! All they have there is teens working… Walked in and they were all in a huddle talking. Screwed up my order and girl wouldn’t pay attention. Had 2 employees just stand there and stare at me. Forgot the extra side of soup including the original side I asked for. Then the kid at the register had no clue what he was doing when ringing me up and trying to put in my loyalty with a reward. Train your staff better!!!! Manager came out after I had to go back to my car and grab the order to prove to them that they didn’t give me the soup. Ridiculous!!

I’ve only been to this location twice, but both times, the food counter had a lot of older debris laying around, and the service was a bit slower than other locations. The employee seemed to notice that the speed was slow and apologized, but there was no good reason foreseeable for the service i received. The food was still good. Maybe the third time is the charm.

I love these bowls!! Of Tex Mex!! They’ve got all sorts of ingredients you can pick from!! Rice, beans, your choice of meat, and arrangement of veggies to top it with! Spicy or not spicy! They have flour tortillas or corn tortillas and a variety of other entrees and beverages! Great service and fantastic food! I always stop and grab QDOBA when I get the chance! A fast growing franchise! I see them all over the country! Enjoy

The young girl making food has an attitude problem. I didn’t argue or speak rudely to her or anything simply asked can someone else make my food. The manager asked me why I said I don’t like her attitude the manager laughs and says she’s a teenager. I’m not sure what her age had to do with her attitude. And then they assumed I didn’t understand Spanish and they decided to say some not nice things about me in Spanish. I will never patronize this establishment anymore.

Very dissatisfied and upset that I even have to give two stars to one of my favorite food spots. However the location on 6th and Layton barely earned these two stars after multiple chances with the hope that they will get better. I always order the same. I got a burrito bowl and the chips that are always given on the side have been meticulously counted by the older Hispanic man at the register. Each time getting less chips. A small bag is barely 25% full. Then I ordered Queso on the side and the young Hispanic girl gives me 1/4 the cup with cold cheese. I question the amount and she argued that she’s giving the amount they’re told but other locations get it more than half full and it’s hot. This location has gotten really cheap and their food is cold. They’re not good with customer service and I will never go there again.

Food was alright, very bland. I usually like Qdoba and it has lots of flavors but this was definitely bland. The thing that really gives this 1 star is the customer service. The man to heat my burrito was smiley and happy, all was good. It got passed to a shorter man who did not seem to want to be there. Was hard to understand which isnt a big deal but he seemed angry and irritated when I asked him to repeat. Once we got to the register we asked for a meal with the mildest salsa and someone started giving us pico so we stopped and asked for a wetter salsa. Man scooping salsa was happy to oblige but the one at the register sighed and rolled his eyes. Have never felt so unwanted in a restaurant. Will not be returning to this location.

The older gentleman who was at the register is almost always rude. To stand as good side do not try to scan your rewards prior to him entering a button on his head.
