Loved our waiter! Loved the food! I had the McKay’s Chicken Dip and homemade chips and my husband had what he says were the best wings he’s ever had. Boneless cheesy garlic wings and waffle fries! We had fried pickle spears as an appetizer! Definitely recommend going there!

The rating is based on the wings. They used to have the best wings in town…no question. But this time they weren’t very crispy and the sauce was really light. Not as much flavor as before. I still say that the peanut butter wings with the strawberry and jalapeno jelly is a great flavor combo! Too bad there wasn’t enough sauce. The bar itself is a great place, I’m just disappointed that my favorite wings aren’t what they used to be.

Would love to rate differently, but ended up not eating here. Wife and I went there on a Monday afternoon around 1PM. They were not very busy and we were wanting to sit at a table without the bar stools. There were atleast 10 tables overall with no patrons and still not cleaned off. Waited by the door waiting to ask someone to please clean off a table for us. Several employees saw us and never asked if they could be of help. Went to Gill St. and got actual service and a clean atmosphere. Follow up, to the owner. This review was in reference to a visit today, 3/20/23. Came in for dinner on 7/2/2023. Not very busy, only one other table and maybe 2 people at the bar. Took over an hour to get food, one of my friends had to go to the bar to get a drink because our waitress never brought him what he ordered, and our waitress, if I had to guess based on how she was acting, was not on our plain of consciousness… to put it lightly.

Not a bad place to hang out and catch a game, though it’s a bit crowded and noisy. Loved the pork tenderloin, but the pretzel bites are the same junky pretzel balls everyone seems to be switching to. They give you an option for bourbon for the Old Fashioned, but the bourbon is so watered down and overpowered by the fruit, it really doesn’t matter. They do, however, have a good selection of beers.

Stopped by Dr. McKay’s to have a few beers and get something to eat, the wings were BOMB A/F way better than your bigger restaurant food chain. We sat at the bar to eat and drink. The bartender and the manager were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We ordered a $5.95 cheeseburger with a side of coleslaw, 5 parmesan garlic wings, and 5 hot BBQ wings. The food was outstanding and the draft beer was ice cold. This place has some of the best prices in Bloomington. Hint…put the coleslaw right on top of the cheeseburger, you won’t be disappointed.

The wings here tasted amazing. The fries I wouldn’t get again, nothing wrong with them, just not my preference. Logan was a pretty cool waiter and quick. Fun to watch the games here. Love the wings!

Arrived and took seat. Wife and I waited almost 30 minutes without being waited on. The waitress’ were even clean tables around us without taking our drink or food order. Finally left for another restaurant. Definitely a regulars place but we aren’t regulars. Extremely disappointed.
