This food is so good. They have a great menu. It’s very extensive. I don’t think this place is very vegan friendly. But the sides are on point. I love how they make them fresh most of the time. The wait is worth it and the employees here are amazing as well.

We were trying to get to another restaurant and missed our turn. So glad we did, Bird Dog had excellent BBQ! Photo is Turkey sandwich with mild wasabi bbq sauce. Huge portion of tasty fried okra. Best bbq beans I’ve had in a very long time 🙂

We placed a larger order totalling over 100 dollars. This is what we received. Half the items missing, very dry meat, and a lot of Styrofoam container space. Never again.this is ridiculous.

If I could give more stars, I would! This is the first time I have eaten here and I’m glad I did! I got off work late and needed dinner. I noticed they closed at 9 so I tried to get there as soon as I could. Got to the restaurant at 8:30 thinking there weren’t going to be many options but was very wrong. The lady behind the counter was very nice and said she could make whatever I wanted. And she did. She never once complained about how late it was or about not knowing what I wanted right away. The whole experience was great! A guy came from the back to ring me up and he was very nice as well. I will definitely be back! Thank you!

Their food was great as always,but their macaroni was kind of bland. Figured that was just due to lack of seasoning before serving, which makes sense. A little bit of salt made it a lot better lol. For real though I appreciate y’all being patient with customers that had never been there before. Explaining menu items and how the combos work made them happy. My friends will be coming by again.

This is the second time my husband and I went here. The ribs, sausage, beans, potato salad and turkey have been the best we’ve tried so far. One of the best places we’ve tried since moving to Colorado. Staff is so friendly, very generous with their portions and their bbq sauce is so good. Will be coming back many times!

We moved here in March and this place was on my list to try. Was meeting with a coworker and the heat and wind convinced us we needed to do this indoors with cold beverages. I grabbed dinner for my family while we were there and I’m glad I did. It was great!

“Best in the Springs”, “Oklahoma BBQ perfected in Colorado”, some sort of 2019 award. Seeing all these, i was expecting some dang near out of world experience of some awesome barbecue. Needless to say, i was utterly disappointed and let down. Now the customer service and ambiance are good. The guy behind the counter was knowledgeable, funny and polite. The food……where to start. The “brisket” is a flavorless, seasonless roast beef. The barbecue chicken was dry, over cooked and bland. The barbecue beans were literally the only thing that had any sort of flavor. So if you’re in the mood for vapid, flat, boring food and void of taste buds, i still wouldn’t recommend this place. Im sorry but this was a disappointing meal.
