Placed online order and selected this store. Walked in to pick up the food, was informed they did not have some items I ordered and claimed I had to cancel it because their is nothing they can do with the app. So essentially I paid for food that they do not have and they could not even replace the food with something else. Not even the manager knew how to help.

I’m usually pretty forgiving when it comes to mistakes in a fast food place like this, but Vanessa and her crew did everything they could to make sure I will never come to this location again. Firstly, we ordered online a. Hour ahead of time, but still had to wait half an hour after our pickup time to get our food. When we got home we realized that there were items missing from our order. I could accept this mistake, as it was a large order and things could get overlooked. So we called back to the location and Vanessa said to come back and she would get us out item. So I immediately got in the car and drove back. When I got there, we are greeted by Vanessa who then explains to us that she actually doesn’t have our item, and will not make any more. At this point it is 7:00 and the location would not be closing for another 3 hours. Vanessa offered no assistance claiming that since we ordered online, she could do nothing to make it right, even though she is the one who told us to drive all the way back. I heavily reccomend avoiding this location.

This is my first Negative review. not a negative person but unfortunately people should know. KFC Naugatuck CT is worst restaurant in town. Closes early periodically. Staff rude and undertrained. No options for pickup orders. Understaffed. Sad situation. Can’t wait till Popeyes opens in town.

No air conditioning in the beginning of August. We walked in and immediately noticed it was warm in the building. The staff have fans but there’s nothing for the guests. We arrived with a party of four thinking we could talk over a meal. That was not going to happen. We walked out without ordering and the staff didn’t seem concerned one way or the other.
