I didn’t get what I ordered. I ordered a half pound #1 beef n cheddar and got a regular roast beef. They obviously didn’t actually read the screen. This just happened today, like 20 minutes ago. I did get a receipt either.

Are the hours listed correct ? Most places close their lobby before the drive thru. They are always out of stuff, including roast beef. It doesn’t help that so many items have been eliminated from the menu.

This was by far my worst experience at an Arby’s anywhere. The lady in the back yelled to the lady at the register that they couldn’t make a turkey gyro, but they had everything to make one. Me and my kids all got classic roast beef sandwiches and they weren’t even edible. Cold chewy meat, burnt buns and they somehow managed to get oregano in two of them. We all took a few bites and threw them away.

Well if all you want is roast beef then this is your place didn’t have anything eles that day and I just don’t know what to say ,maybe change employes management idk but I’m sure the food could be way better mine was warm not hot this includes the frys

1 star just to leave a comment. First the young lady that took our order had a big smile .and friendly attitude. She should have 3 stars. But the food, well you can see the picture. Women’s bathroom was gross. And as many people that were standing around chatting the eating area really should have been cleaner. The bell got rung because well my son is 7 .and thought it was cool.
