Their “stuffed” crust pizza is just a massive dough pie with no cheese and stuffed actual crust. Takes almost an hour to bake and is still doughy and gross. The staff here don’t care either. We won’t be ordering again.

As always Papa Murphy’s is the best pizza you can get to take home just like as if you would making it from scratch yourself. Services excellent very prompt, store was very clean. And with the atmosphere the only problem was it weren’t any people waiting on their food, or waiting on anything the place was empty. So if you were needing a good pizza a good price especially $10 Tuesdays that’s right $10 Tuesdays any pizza any size that’s the place to go on Lebanon road near Old hickory boulevard Hermitage.

The girls working were friendly enough after I joked around with them a little. Did kind of get the feeling that they wanted to be doing something else ( like play on the phone) LOL. My only complaint is the pizza stays on a piece of thin cardboard and the directions say to put the pizza in the oven on the cardboard, but it doesn’t say put directly on oven rack, so I put it on pizza pan. My pizza was so doughy that I took it out and put it on the rack but the sides were too crunchy and the bottom too doughy.

Let me tell you, this is the only location is Awesome in Nashville, TN. I have went to other locations and the atmosphere wasn’t friendly and they are always out of everything due to poor management. This location is the Best along with the employees, they are very nice and friendly and they always keep everything instock along with answering their phones even though they made have multiple customers but they seen to know how to multitask very well. The best part of it all they are all young Queens & Kings that is very respectful and love their jobs . I don’t have A, problem traveling to get A Awesome Customer Service!!!! Thank you for giving me good service all the time…. Btw I’m able to cut up and joke with all of them … Blessings
