So disappointed. We have been wanting to try this place for a while so we decided to go today, my birthday to check it out. It was terrible. I got the smashing burrito and the chicken was insanely dry so I didn’t even finish it. My husband got the bbq burrito and he said that his rice was hard but he did like the flavor of the sauce. We also got the nachos which were okay but we were so disappointed in the burritos that I wouldn’t want to return.

Place is fine for a quick bite but food is just average. Nothing to write home about. I order steak fajitas. Fajitas has barbecue sauce which is not what I was expecting. Employees were very kind and line move fast.

Absolutely disgusted from how dirty this location is. I couldn’t eat the takeouts I ordered after seeing how dirty this place was. Counter and register were covered in dust. Condiments area same. Lighting fixtures had spiderwebs. Bathroom was dirty. What a shame. I love this brand.

Place is going downhill quickly. No understanding of inventory management. When your out of half your drinks and food, there is an obvious management problem (had to go to CVS to get my daughter something to drink). The food, at this location, is getting bad too. The seats are ripped and the tables are rarely cleaned off. Even the hot sauce is only half filled. It’s a shame.

I’ll start with the one and only bad thing about my order, the chicken. It could use some work and I say that critically and not offensively, it just needs some more seasoning, and a little char on it. Not inedible, just a low point. Alternatively, the ground beef is excellent, the cheese and quéso was great, the salsa was fresh, there are so many hot and mild sauces to choose from; literally a whole wall. But most importantly the man alone behind the counter was very kind and welcoming, and extremely quick.

Every time my bowl is missing something and I order the same thing every time. Even when they read the order back, it always ends up missing at least one thing. One time it was even the blackened chicken. It’s not ever that busy either, so I don’t get what’s up. Told me no more guac too and then seconds later offered another customer guac. This place used to be great, but not anymore. Watched as an employee took my order and touched money with gloves on, then proceeded to make food with the same gloves. Too bad there isn’t another place to get blackened chicken, otherwise I totally wouldn’t come anymore. No clue how this place is still in business.
