(*Very Bad Customer Service*) Since we were in the area I decided to stop here and use a coupon, that actually has the address to this location printed on it and it says buy one large family size and get a medium free. But the person at the counter was so unprofessional, he called I guess the manager or owner, and put them on speaker phone so we can hear how rude the comment was made that we did not authorize them to print those coupons, (whatever that means), so they are not going to accept it! This call should have been a private call, because the owner/manager sounded upset, as if it was our fault… But before that call the person at the counter was very rude as well and unprofessional, and even though we bought the pizza here many times and it is good, I’m reviewing this based on the bad customer service and I will NOT be back to this location. It’s not our fault the customer, that they decided not to accept the coupon that was given to us. This could have been handled better and not put the manager or owner on speakerphone to make us hear ás if we’re the bad guys. So they lost our business we did not end up even ordering. Since they trying to save a dollar instead of honoring it, and earning our business. We are the customer we didn’t come in mad, we were excited about ordering a pizza to go and take it and bake it, for this reason I do not recommend this location, nor will I ever be back to this location.

We ordered 2 pizzas on their app. The vegetarian pizza we ordered, we customized to remove toppings due to food allergy. We picked up both pizzas, and the vegetarian had all the toppings on it that were supposed to be removed. The rude employee said he would charge to remake the pizza instead of using the customer service that is so proudly documented on the all over the store and remaking the pizza correctly. Now, we have to spend time picking off toppings so there are no allergic reactions. Is that really the Papa Murphy way??

I was always skeptical of this place because you actually take it home to bake it yourself, and I was happy to see that the employees actively warn you that indeed it is a “take and bake” concept so you’re not rudely surprised. The pizza turned put just fine, and theres both an option to bake in the oven or cook on the grill!

If I was rating this on the employees, I’d give it a higher rating. As for the pizza, yeah, no, it had zero flavor. We got the meat pizza, no flavor, we also got the chicken and artichoke, and again, the sauce had no flavor. However, the meatballs and club salad we absolutely delicious! I think if we ordered again, it truly would be for the salads and meatballs!

The store is supposed to be open at 10am. It’s not open and it’s 10:10am. There are employees in the store, standing around and play fighting. I can see them through the glass. I’ve knocked on the door and on employee looked at me and mouthed to me” We’re busy, give us a few minutes.” I’ve never experienced this kind of disrespect at this store, and I’m actually shocked at the employees standing around
