Worker Jayden and female associate were obnoxious, laughing the whole time and having full audible childish conversations while “working” . Even while taking my order they were talking and making jokes. female worker was cackling and being super loud as if the store was a school, awful service and disrespectful.

Service is a bit slow for mobile orders! Also, please note the attached photo. That bag is my food. The bottle sitting next to it (that the worker kept moving around while touching my bag of food) is comet!!!!!! . Also, they happily make your hot food but I had to ask 3 times for my donuts

This location is STRUGGLING. It needs the guidance of an effective manager, especially on the weekend. It’s a busy location because it’s located at a gas station, with a drive-thru and they can’t seem to get it together. It’s also a prime location for Amazon trucks to get their gas and I assume, their Dunkin fix. I understand there’s a shortage of workers everywhere with many companies but this location is making your company look bad.
