Our waitress was very kind and attentive, she made the entire visit a comfortable experience. This was my first time eating at a Cracker Barrel restaurant. I thought the personal size syrup bottles were a cute and unique touch. I wish I’d had more time to kill because the store seemed to have some interesting finds. I will return when I’m in the area again.

I love Cracker Barrel. Best pancakes ever. The service is always great. I love the decor of the restaurant. The store inside is a mix of great prices and very expensive. I did buy a quilt a couple of years ago, and I still love the quilt and sleep with it almost every night. It is so comfortable! The bathrooms clean the vast majority of the time. The water is hot on tap, and it’s refreshing to have hot water to wash your hands well while traveling.

Stopped for lunch. I was seated right away. No real wait before my server Audrey stopped. She did an excellent job. My chicken was great. My only problem came at checking out. I had a brand new Cracker Barrel gift card. It would not work in the card readers. However, the gal took the time to punch each number in the computer. The card worked then. A big Thank you to her. Unfortunately I did not get a name. An overall great experience except for the gift card. That is not the first time with one of Cracker Barrels cards.

It was very busy when we visited Cracker Barrel. Food was not very good. We waited 45 minutes to get a table, that was fine. Thirty minutes to get our order in, and another 30 to 45 minutes to get our food to our table. Staff was nice and friendly, they were trying their best.

As always, the food was amazing, but I feel the need to acknowledge our server, Tessa. Now days it’s hard to find employees, especially an outstanding one. She was so attentive in every way not only with our table but to all of the tables she was serving (busy lunchtime) She definitely needs to be recognized as an outstanding employee!! Cracker Barrels can be really hit or miss sometimes, but this was the best experience I’ve ever had at one! We had a wonderful server, I believe her name was Nova, she was so attentive! Food was well made, our kids were well taken care of, and all of the staff from hostess to cashier made our experience a great one! One employee was even on break and wished us a good night on our way out. Love their team, can’t wait to visit again!
