Food is average chinese takeout food like any other place. The reason for the low review is because of the lady at the counter. She has a severe attitude problem. Always in a bad mood, have not seen her smile once and have been here over 20 times since it’s right next to my house. I order the chicken rice soup and ask for rice on the side instead of the soup because they end up putting way too much rice making the soup an oatmeal like consistency. Whenever I ask for this, the lady freaks out and starts giving me attitude saying that she can’t do it when every other takeout place i’ve been too has been able to meet my request. I cant stand this lady, replace her and it’ll all be fine.

I don’t know. As an Asian, I’m a strong believer that the Chinese food is rarely “bad”. The food is generally good but their fried rice is kinda wet and has a rather odd texture, it’s not always what you’d expect to get from a Chinese restaurant. Still edible but not the best. My wife disagreed until she ordered a thing of fried rice separately (the awakening moment?). Besides the fried rice (which is important to me enough to take a star off), all the other food has been pretty good. The staff is also friendly.

Most recent experience was awful. Food was sub par for their standards. Have been going the for close to 30 years. The counter help lacks personality need to get owners wife back as she was a pleasure to deal with. Not sure if i will continue to patronize business that does not appreciate clients.

My first time there was my last time. The taste is OK, but they can never get your order right. The customer before me asked for brown rice and got white rice. They wouldn’t change it to white rice. I ordered 2 entrees, but received 3 and was charged for 3 entrees. I had to yell the items a few time at the phone before the waitress got it.

This is the best in area. Old school cash only accepted true Chinese Takeout!! The portions are very generous as well. Everything I have ordered was amazing. This brings me back to Brooklyn style Chinese, their wings are crispy and juicy. My top picks here are Sweet n sour chicken, General Tso, chicken lo Mein, spring rolls, wings, fried wontons, egg drop wonton soup, house mustard, shrimp n broccoli, happy family, shrimp toast. Honestly, go all out for a family dinner and order that and you’ll totally never want to order from anywhere else. 10/10
