I talked about how great Lisa’s Chicken hush puppies/fries/Shrimp dinner was. We get inside potna order a 6 chicken wings & fries. I didn’t order I walk over to the store next door got myself a drink. He gets charged $30…. I look at the receipt. The lady done put a 12 piece chicken strip mash potatoes macaroni & drinks on top of his order. No one ordered none of all that….. We good… That’s alright.. let me get a refund scratch that order please.

Compared to most other outlets, this Lisa’s Chicken offers a poorer customer experience. Congested both on the inside and on the outside (parking space). Most of the staff are unfriendly, the cashier on the 2 occasions I have visited was actually quite rude. Food quality- not bad. It compares well with others.

My fiance and love this place nvr been to this location until today and it was good. I always get the gizzards and they were even better than the last location we went to. This is the worst place I ever encountered! The Hispanic lady at the counter and the drive thru window is arguably the worst at customer service. She addresses you with a rude and boisterous voice and with attitude. And it has happened to me on several occasions before and just brushed it off. But today it got out of hand. She did the same thing, addressing me with her ugly attitude and she deliberately dropped my change on the floor at the window! She has worked there for several years and it’s unbelievable she still employed there. I won’t ever go back there again.
