The building has beautiful architecture and is accessible on the interior. In terms of the food though, it is not that great a majority of the food seems old or reheated. The waffle station and the Greek food are the best things there in my opinion.

Finishing the first semester from year 2022 western was going strong. Introduction of the greek restaurant was huge! Other stations had wide varieties of different foods every single day. Now second semester 2023 western dining commons has back tracked. The breakfast is the most consistent thing here and I think its delicious. But the fried foods sections has just been the same bland thing “most’ days consisting usually of chicken fingers, cod, fries. I would say the most consistent lunch-dinner food is from the allergen section. They have different healthy sides everyday and chicken which I find quite delicious when they douce it with seasoning. When the chicken is naked avoid it! I love the new sandwich/panini maker station but sometimes the workers lack to refill the bread!

Not sure why they think some of this food is edible. It is edible but tastes terrible. They wonder why they waste so much food and now I know why, you can’t even finish some of the food. Chicken was undercooked but somehow still dry. The soft drink machine pours out water in every tap and the rice that they have is dry. You try to eat healthy here but you can’t because the only thing that you could eat and not feel sick is the pizza. The burger station is vegan shrimp burgers and some mystery meat. Very disappointed.

It was amazing! If I had food like that when I was in college it would have been the freshman 75 not the freshman 15. Those kids will be eating well for their 4 years.

SMH. Miami university is a research school so they need to research how to make better food. It’s God awful! I wish the guy from Hell’s Kitchen came here to make a visit on how nasty it is.

Best college food under the sun. Allergy options. Vegetarian options. Plenty of pizza. A grill. Home cooked options of meatloaf, soups etc. Mexican available. Lots of desserts, some pretty good others tasteless. Super good coffee. Other beverages are just okay.

The food honestly isn’t that great, their vegan options are so limited I was essentially forced to give up while at school. The only actually healthy food is the allergy station and everything else is either deep fried or just tastes bad.

There are next to no vegan options and they are always the same and terrible. I paid so much money for this awful food. I’m tired of leaving the dining halls unsatisfied and still hungry. I have to spend extra money on snacks so I don’t go to bed hungry every night.

The food is decent, but there’s always plenty of space and SOMETHING to eat. It’s also a beautiful new building.

Miami serves up great food, the employees here are awesom unfortunately the management not so much at this dining facility. Hopefully Miami can change that before school starts back.
