I went in to pick up my order that I placed online. The cashier said that I hadn’t placed an order and wanted to charge me a second time, he then insisted that I provide proof of my order. I stepped aside so he could wait for customers that were behind me while I brought up my confirmation. The second cashier waved me over and said that their computer was not working,.I showed him my confirmation he copied it down and he said he would make it. Took an additional 10 minutes.

Wish I could give them zero stars. I ordered and it took like an hour to get my food. Rude cook and can’t work with urgency. Oh good lord, stay away, Taco Bell is likely a much better option or being hungry.

Friendly staff very helpful very quick I recommend though it’s kind of sad that they don’t have enough employees to work I enjoyed it when they were open later for late night Baja blast is always the bomb

I love taco time and this is the 7th one i have visited in the west. This by far was the worst of them all. We got there and noticed thatvit is out of a gas station convieniance store and laundermat. Once we got our crisp meat burritos and started to eat them, they started pouring out puddles of grease. They also only give out the packets of salsa instead of the cups, which is fine but i like to dip it in not spread it on.

Literally worst food I’ve ever had in my life. We have given this place three chances. First time they didnt heat the meat for the tacos but the quesadilla was delicious so we gave it a second chance but they didnt even put the onions and peppers on the quesadilla the second time. Third time it literally made us sick not to mention the cheese dip was cold. Straight out of the fridge cold. Same with the beef. They wouldn’t make us a quesadilla because they had already “cleaned the equipment for the day” even though it was two hours before close… I have had a lot of bad experiences in my life and have never been upset enough to write a review.

Food was disgusting on top of that lady charged me twice and the 2 crip tacos i ordered were not in my bag. VERY DISAPPOINTING YOU CAN KEEP THE EXTRA 6$ YOU CHARGED ME I WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN.
